Common situations
I do not know my certificate number
Your issuing institute holds the enrolment record and can provide it. The number is also printed on the lower-left of the physical certificate.
My details do not match
Name and date-of-birth corrections are made through the issuing institute, which submits the amendment to the Records Cell.
My certificate has not been issued yet
Certificates are generated after result declaration, typically 10 to 15 working days from assessment. Check with your institute for the session status.

Contact the Records & Verification Cell with your name, institute and assessment session.
AITO never charges students for certificate retrieval, and will never ask for a payment, OTP or bank detail to release a credential. Report any such demand to the Records & Verification Cell.
