Privacy Policy

When you submit a partnership enquiry we collect the institute name, contact person, designation, email address, mobile number, city, state, institution type and any message you provide. These are supplied by you voluntarily.

When a certificate is verified or retrieved, we process the certificate number, student name and date of birth entered for that query. We log verification queries for the purpose of detecting forgery attempts.

We collect standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and diagnostic purposes.

Partnership enquiry details are used to assess your application, contact you about partnership, and maintain the partner register if your institute is approved.

Certificate query details are used solely to return the verification result for that query and to maintain the verification log.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Credential records are retained permanently, as a certificate must remain verifiable for the lifetime of the holder's career. Partnership enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to administer the application and any resulting partnership.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to our obligation to maintain an accurate permanent credential register. Corrections to certificate records are made through the issuing institute.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold. Certificate retrieval requires a second identifying factor, so a certificate number alone cannot be used to obtain a student's record.
