Institute Registration
Submit the partnership application with your institute profile, infrastructure details and statutory documents to complete one-time registration.

Training institutes, computer and coaching centres, skill development centres, vocational training providers, academies (including sports, dance, music and fitness), beauty and wellness institutes, ITIs, schools and colleges. The institute should have a functioning training premises and a responsible authorised signatory.
Applications are typically reviewed within 2 working days, with the Authorised Centre Code and partner kit issued within 5 to 7 working days of successful verification and completion of registration.
Every certificate carries a unique number and a QR code. Anyone can visit the Verify Certificate page, enter the certificate number and the student's name, and see the programme, issue date, issuing institute and current status. Scanning the QR code opens the same record directly.
No. AITO is a skill-certification organisation and is not a university. Its programmes are skill and vocational certification programmes; they do not lead to any degree and are not approved by the UGC, AICTE or DEC. They certify demonstrated practical competence in a defined skill.
Yes. An approved partner centre may enrol students across any of the 31 skill sectors and 548 programmes in the AITO catalogue, subject to having the relevant training facilities for the sector concerned.
After result declaration, certificates and marks memos are printed on secure stock and despatched to your registered institute address, typically within 10 to 15 working days. The digital record goes live on the verification portal at the same time.
